Reservation Policy

Payment Policy: 

Valid credit card details are required to secure the booking. Full payment of your booking may be taken up to 14 days prior to your date of arrival. We charge 1.5% surcharge on Visa and Mastercard, 2.5% surcharge on Amex, JCB and Union card.

Cancellation Policy:

FREE CANCELLATION PERIOD: Reservation can be cancelled free of charge upto 14 days before the scheduled arrival date. 
LATE CANCELLATION FEE: Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival date will incur a fee of one night's room rate, as stated on the reservation confirmation. 
NO-SHOW POLICY: In the event of a no-show, the first night's room rate will be charged as a penalty. 
NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKINGS: Reservations made utilizing credit are not eligible for refunds in the event of cancellation or modification. 
NOTIFICATIONS: To cancel, please contact the property via email or phone.

Children and Extra Bed Policy:

Max 2 children, 12 years and under stay free of charge with parents/guardians when using existing bedding.  Children over 12 years will require an extra bed with a cost of AU$25/- per night.

Reception Hours: 9:00am to 7:00pm

Check-in: 2:00pm to 7:00pm
Check-out: 10:00am 

Late check-in: Contact reception on 03 5237 6100 prior to arrival for after-hour check-ins

Late check-out: A surcharge of $50/- applies for check-out after 10:00am
